These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make on it. Please read them before ordering — placing an order means you accept them.

In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to AM INDUSTRIES; "you" and "your" refer to the person using this website or placing an order.
02 Accepting these terms
By browsing this website, adding items to your bag or placing an order you agree to these terms, our privacy policy, shipping and delivery policy and refund and cancellation policy, which together form the whole agreement between us.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the date you place your order is the version that applies to it.
03 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract in India. Products for boys must be ordered by a parent or guardian.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the delivery details you enter. We deliver to the address given; we cannot recover a parcel sent to an address you typed incorrectly.
04 Products & descriptions
Every listing shows the product name, price, available sizes, stock status and a description with the fabric, pattern and other specifications supplied for that product. Size options shown on a product page are derived from that product's own specification.
Photographs are representative. Colour can vary slightly between screens, and garment measurements carry a normal manufacturing tolerance of about half an inch. Neither is treated as a defect.
Stock status is shown in real time, but in rare cases an item can sell out between your order and our pick. If that happens we contact you and refund in full.
05 Pricing & GST
A GST-compliant invoice is issued for every order and sent with the parcel or by email.
Discounts and promotional prices are genuine reductions against the price at which the item was previously offered on this website. We do not inflate a reference price in order to advertise a larger saving.
If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical or human error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it.
06 Orders & acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm the order by email. Until then we may decline it.
We may cancel or refuse an order where the item is unavailable, the address is not serviceable, the pricing was clearly wrong, the details provided appear false, or the order pattern suggests fraud or abuse. Any amount already paid is refunded in full.
07 Payment
We accept UPI through our secure payment gateway and cash on delivery. Payment options available to you are shown at checkout.
We do not receive or store your card, UPI PIN or banking credentials. Payment is processed by the gateway on its own infrastructure.
For cash-on-delivery orders the exact amount shown on the parcel must be paid to the courier at the time of delivery. Repeated refusal of cash-on-delivery parcels may lead us to withdraw that option for future orders.
08 Delivery
We dispatch within 24 hours and deliver in 5–9 working days across India, free of charge. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Full detail, including remote-pincode timelines and failed-delivery handling, is in the shipping and delivery policy.
09 Returns & refunds
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery on unused, unwashed items with tags attached. Refunds reach the original payment method within 7–10 working days of a successful quality check. Exclusions, exchange rules and cancellation windows are set out in the refund and cancellation policy.
10 Acceptable use
You agree not to use this website to place fraudulent or automated orders, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or republish its content, or to submit false identity or contact details. Orders that trip our fraud checks are stopped before any order record is created.
11 Intellectual property
The AM INDUSTRIES name, logo, page designs, layouts, copy and original photography on this website belong to us and are protected under Indian intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your own personal use; you may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.
12 Liability
We take responsibility for supplying goods that match their description and are of satisfactory quality, and for our own negligence. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable law.
Subject to that, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit or lost opportunity, arising from a delay or a defect.
13 Events outside our control
We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, epidemics, strikes, civil unrest, courier network failures, government restrictions or failures of telecommunications and payment infrastructure. Where such an event materially affects an order we will contact you with the options, including a full refund.
14 Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of them or out of any order placed on this website is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
We would always rather resolve a complaint directly. Please use customer support first, and our grievance redressal process if that does not settle it.
